Patient Advocate/Data Analyst RN

Fort HealthCare's Quality and Integrated Care Department seeks a part-time, 40-hours per biweekly pay period, Patient Advocate/Data Analyst RN. This position collects, displays and presents data to ensure appropriate goals and outcome measures.  Makes bedside rounds, provides feedback to leadership and works with staff to best provide immediate feedback to ensure fewer concerns, complaints and grievances. 

Requirements are Registered Nurse; Associates or BSN; if new RN to facility, will require BSN within 5 years of start date. Two years' data analytics experience/education as an RN in health care facility. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point.
